LOW EC COMPRESSED COCO COIR BLOCKS

A great way to get to know coconut coir growing media are our fully buffered compressed substrate blocks. Substrate comes in a dehydrated and compressed form for cheaper transport and easier handling. This product is already in stock and doesn’t have to be pre-ordered.

  • The substrate is light, thin, and compact. It comes in compressed and dehydrated form, in blocks of 38x38x3 cm.
  • Upon addition of water, each block expands upwards 3-4 times to give 16L of the substrate per block.
  • It is very easy to break and measure out the amount you need for certain pot size.
  • All substrate is fully washed and buffered, with EC < 0.5 (no need for additional treatment), and ready to use after rehydration.
